Refund and Returns Policy

Ivory Furniture Inc. (Operating as Ivory Studio)

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Ivory Furniture Inc., operating as Ivory Studio(“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order or making payment, the customer (“you,” “buyer”) agrees to this policy in full.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES

Ivory Furniture Inc. operates under a strict FINAL SALE policy.

We do NOT offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations
  • Store credits
  • Price adjustments

This applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer remorse
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Color, texture, or finish variance
  • Size or fit dissatisfaction
  • Project delays or cancellations
  • Online vs in-store purchase misunderstandings
  • Customer dissatisfaction not related to verified manufacturing defects

Once payment is made, the sale is legally final and non-reversible.


CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDER & IMPORTED ITEMS

All:

  • Custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Special-order items
  • Imported goods

Are NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE once production or procurement begins.

Customer approvals on drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, or specifications represent final production authorization. Post-approval changes or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds or returns.


PRODUCT CONDITION – “AS IS”

All products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Natural variations in:

  • Wood grain and knots
  • Stone and marble veining
  • Fabric dye lots
  • Leather texture and color
  • Hand-crafted finishes

Are normal characteristics of furniture and do not qualify as defects, damages, or grounds for a return, refund, or dispute.

Product photos are representational only and may vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and manufacturing processes.


DAMAGES & DEFECTS (LIMITED CLAIM PROCESS)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds even in cases of damage. However, at our sole discretion, we may review damage claims under the following strict conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of:
    • The damage
    • The full product
    • Original packaging
    • Delivery receipt
  • Packaging must be retained for inspection
  • Damage caused after delivery, during installation, or through misuse is not covered

Any assistance offered is not a refund or return and is handled strictly as a goodwill-based resolution at our sole discretion.

Failure to meet these conditions results in an automatic waiver of all claims.


LIMITED GOODWILL MANUFACTURING DEFECT COVERAGE

Ivory Furniture Inc. provides NO expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Any implied warranty of merchantability
  • Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

Notwithstanding the above, Ivory Furniture Inc. may, as a goodwill gesture only and at its sole discretion, choose to offer limited support for verified manufacturing defects reported within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

This discretionary goodwill support:

  • Applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, exposure to moisture or heat, modifications, commercial overuse, accidents, or damage caused by transportation, handling, or third parties
  • Does not constitute a legal warranty in any form
  • Does not create any contractual obligation
  • May be refused at the sole discretion of Ivory Furniture Inc.

Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, remains strictly between the customer and the manufacturer. Ivory Furniture Inc. assumes zero binding warranty liability.


CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUD PREVENTION

Customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-fraud reasons, including change of mind or dissatisfaction.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • We will submit:
    • Signed quotes
    • This Refund Policy
    • Proof of delivery
    • Communication records
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Recover funds
    • Apply dispute handling fees
    • Pursue collections or legal action
    • Ban future purchases permanently

REFUSED DELIVERIES & ABANDONED GOODS

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to arrange pickup:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Storage fees may apply
  • Goods unclaimed after 30 days may be deemed abandoned
  • Ivory Furniture Inc. reserves the right to resell or dispose of such goods without compensation

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

Purchases are non-transferable. Refunds or returns cannot be requested by third parties or subsequent owners.


This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within this jurisdiction.

By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting delivery, you confirm that you:
